"Child Talk" Video-making Contest
Organiser and Co-organiser
- The Contest is organised by the Commission on Children ("the Commission") and co-organised by the Labour and Welfare Bureau ("LWB").
Objectives of the Competition
- To enable primary and secondary students to gain a better understanding of the issues related to children's rights and well-being; and
- To showcase their creativity through the production of interesting short videos in the context of everyday life in conveying such messages to the audience .
Competition Theme
- To promote the awareness of children's rights and well- being among children in a fun and enjoyable way.
Target Group and Eligibility
- The Contest is targeted at full-time primary and secondary students studying in Hong Kong. Students may participate in the Contest as individual entrants or as a team of no more than three members.
- Each participant (the term "participant" in this document refers to either an individual participant or a participating team, as appropriate) may submit through the school one entry only. Each participating primary/secondary school may submit a maximum of two entries. If a school receives more than two entries, the school is required to shortlist no more than two entries according to the assessment criteria for submission to the Commission.
